Please choose product carefully as we do not offer a return service. If for any reason our product is defective or not as described, we will refund or replace. In some instances, you may have to return the product first, so keeps its box as it may be required for return of product. If you believe that product you have recieved is defective or not as described please contact us immediately via text 0437 778 728 or email as per your electronic invoice. We do our best to ensure all of our plants and seedlings arrive in optimum condition. You can follow your parcel via its AustPost Tracking Number to ensure that you know when your parcel is due for delivery.

With all new customers, we will call you to discuss any possible issues that may cause delays with Australia Post, especially isolated rural customers with only weekly deliveries. If for any reason it will take Australia Post longer than 7 days to deliver it may be best to consider other transit options. We guarantee to deliver our product to you in good condition.
